REVIEW: Kidkraft Large Pastel Kitchen

For my daughter's 2nd birthday I really wanted to get her a play kitchen. I hunted and searched for the best quality and cutest one- One that could live in the main part of our house without being an eyesore.

I finally decided on the KidKraft 53181 Large Pastel Kitchen isn't it adorable?!

She turns 4 next week and the kitchen is still in tact and adorable.

(Once, my naughty monster toddler attacked a door and broke it off.

All I had to do is get online and order a replacement. Easy.) 

It is a classic that won't become outdated and ugly. It is more like a piece of furniture that we like than an ugly huge toy in the middle of the room :) I love it. I hope my second baby girl will love it in a few years. Both of my boys play with it occasionally too. It's perfect.

I do need to invest in some nice wooden food for it, because the plastic crappy accessories I bought at a dollar store, just aren't doing the set justice. ;)

It took me and my husband 2 hours to set it up one night after she went to bed. But it was so worth it. Look at that face ...

KidKraft Large Pastel Kitchen is a definite staple in our toyroom.

It entertains the kids- making life better, and when they are done they can hide toys behind the doors for a quick clean up-making life easier.

REVIEW: Fisher Price Imaginext Bigfoot the Monster

My son saw the Fisher Price Imaginext Bigfoot the Monster at Target and it was all he ever needed.

It was only a few weeks before his 5th birthday, so I gave him the option of telling all of his grandparents that he was saving money for this and asking them to contribute to the Bigfoot fund rather than buy him a present. (It was fitting in perfectly with our family lesson on saving money, etc. ) He did just that, and because he has so many grandparents- with the great-grandparents and all, he got enough money at his party. The very next day we were at Target as soon as they opened and he bought this bad boy: 

Everyone loves him! He fits right in with the family. ..and the love of yeti/bigfoot/sasquatch :).

He has a rechargeable battery, in an easy open compartment, so I don't have to "doctor" him everytime he gets worn out ;) My son can charge it all by himself. I love that- it makes life easier.

This toy became a quick favorite, making his cave right on our toyshelf.
When friends and cousins come to play, the Bigfoot entertains them.

This toy entertains and is easy to play with and maintain-making my life easier and better!

REVIEW: Fisher Price Loving Family Grand Dollhouse

For Christmas I really wanted to get my little girl a doll house. I internet searched for weeks until I finally decided on this bad boy:

It is so cute, that it is allowed in the main play part of our house.

It is so sturdy, that when my monster toddler pretends he's godzilla-it doesn't buckle under the pressure.

There are so many add-ons, that it can be played with forever.

I am getting her new things for it for her birthday (now I'll never be out of ideas)

The family is adorable.

My 5 year old son even likes to play with it with his little sister.

She was so excited Christmas morning to wake up and find this awesome new dollhouse.

It's been such a hit.

I highly recommend it.

This product entertains all three of my older kids, they can play together or seperately. It closes for easy storage. It is easy on the eyes. and I love it just as much as she does, if that's possible.

For the entertainment it provides, I will have to say that this product makes like easier.
