It literally shrinks my waist 1 1/2" when it's on!

I can once again button my pre-pregnancy jeans!

I keep hoping my waist will stay slim when I take it off, but it's taking some time.

I have noticed a difference in my posture and in my attitude-

It really perks a girl up when she doesn't have a perma-muffin-top ;)

I wear mine everyday-for at least 8 hours as suggested.

It is the perfect solution to my problem and I love it, seriously do.

I can wear it with my regular clothes and it is barely noticeable.

 My only problem is that I have to take it off to go swimming....or do I?... ;)

REVIEW: New Energy Mom Vitamins

I recently came across this website and I absolutely HAD to try them out.



New Energy Mom is a vitamin designed for moms.

I have now been taking it for over a week and let me tell you-I am sold.

It is the only change I've made recently and I am awake past 9:30pm!

Before I started taking these, I was passing out on the couch by 8:30 (at the latest).

I kind of think my husband likes me more, now that I have the energy to stay awake and discuss the ins and outs of our daily lives, rather than falling asleep the second the kids do. 

I'm not going to quit taking these any time soon. 

Their main focus is energy but it is also tailored around nutrition, immune support, memory, and weight loss. All key factors in the life of a busy mommy.

I can't say I'm skinny or that I eat better, but I feel better and I might be able to remember where each child is at any given moment ;).

All of the benefits, heavily out-weigh the fact that it is a giant, stinky, horse pill.

(gotta put all of  those vitamins somewhere...)

I wouldn't ever even take pre-natals b/c I hated how they made me feel afterward.

But I don't get that with these.

I just chase them with a Coke Zero and Jr. Mint ;)

and of course a huge bottle of water....

 b/c that is the right thing to do...

Also, these aren't like the 5 hr energy or hydroxycut type energy. I don't feel shaky or energetic in a spurt, I really just tend to be productive for more hours in the day...

hard to explain-but nice, natural, and not "speed-like".

There isn't a whole lot to say about the product, except that

REVIEW: Little Looster

Asa (#3) just turned two.

You know what that means-

he's taking off his diaper and pooing on the floor.

(What?! you're 2 year old doesn't do that?? hmmm. weird.)

So, I guess whether I'm ready or not:

Potty Training-

Here We Come!

This kid is stubborn.

 And he can't talk yet, which makes things more difficult.

 (I guess he figures his siblings who are never quiet will communicate for him forever.)

So when I found this awesome step called the Little Looster, I knew he'd be intrigued and I had to have it.

When it arrived, my 4 year old daughter immediately ran it to the toilet and tried it out. She LOVES IT. and I didn't get it for her...

My 5 year old son uses it too.

(though I kind of wish he wouldn't for #1 [splash factor]-if you know what I'm saying...)

It is made to stay in front of the toilet so you don't have to move it. I leave it, but it does require a little skill, it isn't ideal-but it's worth it not to have to touch it. ha.

My husband moves it, but just because he didn't get the memo that there are places he could stick his feet. Maybe he doesn't anymore...

I don't know- I'll have to spy later...

This "Little Looster Booster" (as we like to call it), is very sturdy and it really does help the kids.

They actually do feel a bit more steady and confident.

I feel better about Asa not falling in too.

(because if it could happen to anyone, it would be him)

REVIEW: Purell hand sanitizer

During our month(s) of illness and having a newborn, I got a bit protective and insisted on everyone "scrubbing in" when they walking in our house. I had several "cleaning stations" located around our house. Right when you opened the front door and one outside of my bedroom door where the baby was being quarantined. This stuff saved my the hassle of forcing my children to the sink to help them scrub with soap and water. It was a lifesaver. I love hand sanitizer, I have it in almost every room and in my car, in every bag. LOVE IT. :)

This product makes life easier and better!

REVIEW: ReliOn cool mist humidifier

We have had an incredible year so far, full of illness.
When my newborn had RSV, and was released from the hospital, all I could do for her was use the bulb syringe to get out her boogies, and have her sleep directly under a humidifier to keep her secretions moist.
This was the humidifier of choice.
It is conveniently sized-fits perfectly on my nightstand, over her bassinet.
I ran the thing 24/7 and only had to refill the water tank once a day.
Refilling is easy, not a major production like some.
The sound is minimal and kind of soothing. A very low hum.
I recommend it.

This product made dealing with illness, easy.
